Welcome to Dungeons & Flagons (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking a session or visiting our venue, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating in any activity or completing a booking through our website, www.dnf.games.
1. Booking & Agreement
When you book a session with Dungeons & Flagons, you confirm that:

You have read and agree to these Terms and our accompanying Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You are at least 18 years old, or have a parent/guardian complete the booking and sign all required waivers on your behalf.

All guests in your party will review and sign the Safety & Liability Waiver before participating.

Each hour in addition to the originally scheduled session incurs a $50 overtime fee.
2. Respectful Conduct
We strive to provide an inclusive, welcoming and imaginative environment for all adventurers.
Guests are expected to:

Treat staff and other guests with respect at all times.

Refrain from discriminatory, aggressive or disruptive behavior.

Follow any posted or verbal safety instructions given by staff.
Dungeons & Flagons reserves the right to refuse service or end a session without refund if a guest’s behavior is unsafe, disrespectful or damaging to the experience of others.
3. Damage & Liability
We take great care in maintaining our props, miniatures and gaming equipment.

Guests are responsible for treating all items and facilities with care.

If an item is damaged, lost, or stolen during your session, we reserve the right to charge the card on file for the replacement cost of the item, plus a 15% processing fee to cover administrative time and materials.

All participants must sign our Safety & Liability Waiver prior to their session, acknowledging that participation is voluntary and at their own risk.
Dungeons & Flagons is not responsible for injuries, lost personal property or damages arising from guest negligence or failure to follow safety guidelines.
4. Photos & Media Use
We love capturing the magic of play!
When signing the waiver, guests have the option to opt in and allow Dungeons & Flagons to use photos or videos from their session for marketing or promotional purposes (website, social media or print). If you prefer not to be photographed, simply decline consent on your waiver.
For safety and security purposes, Dungeons & Flagons maintains video surveillance in public areas of the facility, including the game room. By entering the premises, guests consent to being recorded on security cameras.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, imagery, logos and creative materials associated with Dungeons & Flagons - including our adventure setups, décor and written content - are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of our materials or branding without prior written permission.
6. Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling
All bookings are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which outlines deposit terms, refund windows, and rescheduling procedures.
Please review that policy before finalizing your booking.
All deposits will be fully refunded or the game will be rescheduled free of charge for sessions cancelled by Dungeons & Flagons.
7. Minors
Guests under 15 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
All participants under 18 years old must have a parent or guardian sign the required waiver before participating.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and all related policies are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Updates to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
