REFUND POLICY

At Dungeons & Flagons, we understand that plans can change. This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling work for all bookings and purchases made through our website, www.dnf.games.
1. Booking Deposits
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your booking once, as long as it’s requested at least 48 hours before your session.
All deposits will be fully refunded or the game will be rescheduled free of charge for sessions cancelled by Dungeons & Flagons.
2. No-Shows
If you do not attend your scheduled booking without prior notice:

The deposit will be forfeited.

You will be required to pay in full for your next session before you can return to play.
3. Gift Cards & Prepaid Packages
We offer gift cards and prepaid game packages at discounted rates.

These are refundable within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the funds have not been used.

After 24 hours or once any portion has been redeemed, they become non-refundable but fully transferable to another person.
4. Processing Refunds
Refunds are processed through our booking platform, Wix.

Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
5. Exceptions
We reserve the right to make case-by-case exceptions for emergencies, unforeseen closures or other special circumstances.
